Can I walk in for a GP visit?

Walk-ins are welcome, subject to the clinic's availability. Calling, WhatsApping or sending a request before you come helps the team confirm a suitable time.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring any relevant test results, a current medication list and your insurance or panel details if you plan to use them. The clinic can advise if anything else is needed.

Do I need to prepare for laboratory tests?

Preparation depends on the test. Some investigations may require fasting or other instructions, so confirm the details with the clinic before attending.

How will I receive my results?

Result timing and how results are communicated depend on the investigation. The clinic can confirm the expected process and any follow-up at your visit.

Can I use an insurance or panel plan?

The clinic accepts selected panels. Coverage depends on your plan and the service, so confirm eligibility with both your provider and the clinic before your visit.

When should I go directly to a hospital emergency department?

For severe chest pain, serious injury, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness or another life-threatening emergency, call 999 or go to the nearest emergency department. This clinic provides non-life-threatening urgent outpatient assessment only.
